60ml Vodka Equinox 79 Gin
1/3 Cup fresh squeezed orange juice
60ml Two in a Bush Raspberry Rooibos Cordial
Sparkling Water, to top up pomegranate seeds.
For topping use 1 sprig fresh thyme or mint
METHOD:
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the vodka, Cordial and orange juice.
Top up with sparkling water.
Add the pomegranates and thyme or mint. Enjoy!
45ml Vodka
30ml Two in a Bush Pure Tea Rooibos Cordial
1 Teaspoon honey (to taste)
15ml Lemon juice (fresh, to taste)
Garnish: Lemon wedge
Optional: sugar for glass rim
METHOD:
Rim a cocktail glass with sugar by rubbing the rim with a lemon wedge then dipping it into a small plate of sugar.
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into the prepared glass or a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
8 Mint leaves
30ml Two in a Bush Pure Tea Rooibos Cordial
60ml Brandy
GARNISH: Mint sprig
METHOD:
In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the Cordial.
Add the brandy then pack the glass tightly with crushed ice.
Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside.
Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig.
3 Lemon wedges
60ml Whiskey
3ml Two in a Bush Pure Tea Rooibos Cordial
4 Mint leaves
GARNISH: Mint sprig
METHOD:
Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker.
Add whiskey, cordial, mint leaves and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

60ml White Rum
15ml Simple Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Two in a Bush Raspberry Rooibos Cordial
For the rim : 1 small lime wedge & sugar
METHOD:
Prepare your glass by running a lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass. Dip the top of the glass into a plate sprinkled with sugar.
In a mixing glass, muddle the raspberries with the lime juice and simple syrup.
Add rum and Cordial and lots of ice. Shake well.
30ml Vodka

30ml White Rum
30ml Tequila
15ml Triple Sec
30ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml Two in a Bush Pure Tea Rooibos Cordial
Sparkling Water
Lemon wedges for garnish
METHOD:
To make, fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Triple Sec, Cordial and lemon juice into the shaker. Cover and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Pour the mixture, ice and all, into two glasses and top off with the Soda Water. Garnish with lemon wedges. Please enjoy responsible.

6 Mint leaves
Méthode Cap Classique, to top up
GARNISH: Mint leaf
METHOD:
Add the gin, lemon juice, Cordial and 6 mint leaves into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Double-strain into a coupe glass.
Top with brut cava.
Garnish with a mint leaf that has been slapped against the back of your hand to express the oil.

Barker & Quin Soda Water
METHOD:
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Pour in the vodka and Cordial.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass.
And top up with B&Q Soda Water
1 liter Two In A Bush Honeybush Rooibos Cordial
250ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
250ml Spiced rum
1 whole grapefruit
Few sprigs fresh thyme (optional)
METHOD:
In a jug or bowl, mix Cordial, grapefruit juice and spiced rum together.
Slice remaining grapefruit into medium-thick slices.
To serve, add two grapefruit slices and a sprig of thyme.
